Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS to ensure that our quality of service is upheld; that means that our products will be shipped in a timely and expedient fashion in order to reach our customers as quick as possible.
During heat waves in California orders may be held for up to an extra 7 days to avoid unnecessary DOA orders.
During winter months USPS office closures may delay shipments by up to 7 days
We offer one day shipping only to the surrounding California area.
Important! We do NOT deliver to Alaska and Hawaii!
Shipping Notification
A shipping confirmation email is provided with the shipping of each order. If you have purchased your order(s) from our website at www.predatorfoods.com or have otherwise supplied your email for ordering purposes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email upon the shipment of your order(s). If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure that it has not been inadvertently blocked. Otherwise, if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, then your order(s) may not have been shipped yet. If you’re unsure of whether or not your order has been shipped yet, please contact a customer service representative to inquire about the shipping status of your order(s).
Tracking a Shipment
Tracking a shipment is a reliable method of ensuring that your order has been shipped and is on the way to its destination. Orders can be tracked in real-time and order tracking is available as a free service. .
To track your shipment if your order was placed online a tracking number should be available in your shipping confirmation email. After you have retrieved the tracking number, please go online to the website of the shipping provider and search for the steps to “track a shipment”, afterwards please input your tracking number to view the status of your shipment(s). If your order has indeed been shipped already, our customer service representative will be able to provide you with the necessary information required to track your shipment, as well as guide you through the steps of tracking a shipment if you require assistance.
